Shaft alignment tool TKSA 51
The TKSA 51 shaft alignment tool provides high measurement flexibility and performance suitable from entry-level to professional alignment tasks. This intuitive tool is designed to work with shaft alignment apps on a tablet or smartphone, is easy to use and requires no special training. The included accessories enable the TKSA 51 to be used for a wide range of alignment applications such as motors, drives, fans, pumps, gearboxes and more. The tool's mobile apps include tutorial videos showing operators how to perform measurements accurately.
Measurement flexibility - The familiar three-position measurement gains additional flexibility because measurements can start at any angle and require a total minimum rotation of only 40 degrees. This enables operators to align applications where space is limited.
Automatic reports - Alignment reports are generated automatically and can be customised with notes, a machine image and a signature via the touchscreen. These reports can be exported as PDF files and shared with other mobile applications.
Comprehensive and compact - A range of included components such as magnetic brackets, extension rods and chains increases the versatility of the TKSA 51 while keeping it compact, lightweight and easy to use.
- Live 3-D view - This function enables intuitive positioning of the heads for quick alignment measurement and provides live indication when horizontal/vertical alignment correction is achieved. The app enables 3-D rotation of the virtual motor to match the actual machine position.
- Disturbance compensation - Measurement values are averaged over time to ensure accuracy in the presence of vibration or other external disturbances.
