Elevator lubrication kits
Insufficient lubrication on elevator guide rails causes vibration. This in turn creates unpleasant noise, leading to downtime, service interruptions and increased maintenance costs. Conventional elevator lubrication methods can be imprecise, resulting in over- and under-lubrication.

Once the system is installed, it can be set to dispense lubricant according to the specific needs of the application over intervals from one to 12 months. The correct setting is best determined by checking the oil film on the guide rail during service. Under severe conditions of high contamination, higher temperatures and intensive elevator use, a discharge period of 3-6 months can be expected. Under normal conditions, a discharge period of 6-12 months can be expected.
