Advanced hydraulic spindles

Effortless generation of withdrawal forces
SKF TMHS 75 and TMHS 100 advanced hydraulic spindles generate high pulling forces with very little effort compared with standard mechanical spindles. They significantly reduce the time required to dismount a bearing or other component. The spindles are equipped with integrated hydraulic pumps for generating force. Special safety valves limit the maximum pulling forces, while the hydraulic oil remains contained within the pump.
- Integrated hydraulic cylinder, pump and spindle - no separate pump required
- Safety valve helps prevent overloading the spindle and puller if excessive force is applied
- A spring-loaded centre point in the nose piece enables easy centring of the puller on the shaft without damaging the shaft centre
- The hand lever with ergonomic grip can be rotated through 360°
- Hardened and chrome-plated piston with spring-return function
- Supplied extensions enable easy adjustment to the required length
TMHS 75
- TMHS 75 has a maximum withdrawal force of 75 kN (8.4 US tons) and a long 75 mm (3.0 in.) stroke, enabling dismounting in a single operation
- Suitable for use with any puller fitted with a 1 × 12 tpi UN thread that can be used up to a maximum force of 75 kN (8.4 US tons)
- Supplied with 50 mm (2.0 in.) and 100 mm (3.9 in.) extensions
TMHS 100
- TMHS 100 has a maximum withdrawal force of 100 kN (11.2 US tons) and a long 80 mm (3.1 in.) stroke, enabling dismounting in a single operation
- Suitable for use with any puller fitted with a 1½ × 16 tpi UN thread that can be used up to a maximum force of 100 kN (11.2 US tons)
- Supplied with 50 mm (2.0 in.), 100 mm (3.9 in.) and 150 mm (5.9 in.) extensions
