Efficient and correct dismounting
TMMS series three-section puller plates are specially designed for use in combination with three-arm pullers. The plates grip behind the bearing inner ring. This prevents pulling forces from being transmitted through the outer ring and rolling elements, reducing the risk of bearing damage. The TMMS series consists of 5 different sizes of three-section puller plates suitable for shafts with maximum diameters from 50 to 380 mm (2 to 15 in.).
- The unique TMMS series design enables force to be applied at the most effective point - the inner ring - and therefore requires less force for dismounting than pulling on the outer ring
- A firm grip behind the bearing inner ring ensures that pulling forces are transmitted only through the inner ring and not through the outer ring or rolling elements, preventing bearing damage
- The three-section design enables even force distribution, preventing bearing locking and/or shaft tilting, especially with SRB and CARB® bearings, during dismounting.
- Suitable for use in combination with any three-arm puller
- Special design enables the plates to be easily inserted between the bearing and the shaft shoulder
