ECP electric compact pump
For use in single-line lubrication systems
The ECP is designed to lubricate bearings and linear guides with oil or fluid grease. The pump operates reliably in single-line systems with up to 20 lubrication points and a main line length of approximately 15 metres. It includes an integrated pressure relief valve that enables its use in SKF single-line lubrication systems. The ECP is available with prefilled lubricant cartridges or with a choice of three sizes of plastic reservoirs for oil or fluid grease.
Regardless of the reservoir used, the ECP operates on 24 V DC and is controlled by an external programmable logic controller (PLC) for easy control. In addition, the pump can manually activate a lubrication cycle. An easily accessible vent screw enables simple installation and commissioning.
