SKF 8702 Radial shaft seal with metal case, SKF Wave lip and auxiliary, contacting lip, for oil or grease

Radial shaft seals are used between rotating and stationary machine components, or between components in relative motion. CRWA1 seals are designed with a metal case, an SKF WAVE lip made of elastomer with higher pumping rate to reduce heat generation. The seal also has a garter spring to optimize sealing against the shaft and a dust lip to improve contamination ingress resistance.
