Super-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings

SKF super-precision cylindrical roller bearings are characterized by:

• high-speed capability
• high radial load-carrying capacity
• high stiffness
• low friction
• low cross-sectional height

These bearings are therefore particularly suitable for machine tool spindles where the bearing arrangement must accommodate heavy radial loads and high speeds while providing a high degree of stiffness.

SKF super-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in two design variants, NN and NNU. In NN design bearings, the rollers are guided between integral flanges on the inner ring, while in NNU design bearings they are guided between flanges on the outer ring.
The bearings are manufactured with either a cylindrical bore or a tapered bore (1:12 taper).
